Addiction is not a battle you have to fight alone.
Having walked my own path through recovery, I know firsthand that change takes courage, patience, and the right support. As a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and a person in long-term recovery, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to my work offering a grounded, compassionate space where you can be honest, feel understood, and move forward at your own pace.
My practice is here for people who are tired of just “getting by” and ready to build something steadier. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools that support lasting change strengthening coping skills, navigating cravings and triggers, rebuilding confidence, and repairing relationships when you’re ready. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, and I draw from evidence-based methods like Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT-informed skills, and Solution-Focused work to help you create goals that fit your life.
Whether you’re early in recovery, returning after a relapse, or working to maintain progress, you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re looking for a counselor who will meet you with respect, direct support, and real hope, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
